Michelle Drosis

Dispatch/Operations

Michelle is the main Dispatcher for the company. The role is challenging by coordinating the cranes, trailers, and accessory equipment to multiple job sites on a daily basis. The familiarity with cranes/rigging, laws, union regulations, curfews, and site locations are taken into consideration for every project.

Since joining Bob’s Crane Service in 1996, Michelle has been responsible for dispatch, project coordination, and multiple administrative functions. The Company appreciates her multi tasking abilities and personal dedication to our customers.

Our customers have come to know Michelle as knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful in meeting their crane rental needs.

Lester Williams

Field Service Representative

Lester Williams serves Bob’s Crane Service with over 34 years of experience within the construction industry.  While previous experience includes all aspects of trucking, the last 26 years have been dedicated exclusively to truck crane rental.

As an Operating Engineer, Lester has extensive experience with heavy equipment, rigging, and all types of truck cranes.  This knowledge has led to a natural progression from Operator/Foreman into positions such as Dispatch and currently to Sales and Estimating.

With a wide range of crane rental knowledge, Lester provides our customers with on site expertise and solutions to standard and difficult projects.  Our customers appreciate Lester’s good nature, experience, and professionalism with their crane rental needs.

Ray "Chip" Ennis

Field Service Representative

Chip Enniss recently joined Bob’s Crane Service in 2005. Chip brings over 36 years of valuable experience in crane rental applications. Formerly, Chip served as an operator, foreman, estimating/sales, and most recently in crane rental management for 9 years at a large crane rental organization in California. Chip's experience includes bridges/roadways, structural, ship building, H.V.A.C, erection, machinery moving, and structural/architectural concrete placement.

Chip is well known within the construction and crane industry. His reputation for quality service and experience is a positive benefit to our customers and projects.

Ryan Turner

Crane Operator/Backup Dispatcher

Ryan works to fill any important role as required by the day to day operations. Ryan continues to operate cranes while learning other administrative functions of the business.

Brad Ek

Foreman/Operator

Brad Ek, Crane Operator/Safety Coordinator, has operated cranes for 34 years. Brad's operating experience ranges from large commercial projects to all types of specialty crane operations within the crane rental industry. Brad was the first employee hired when the Company first began its operations and began to purchase cranes.

In addition to the vast amount of crane rental experience, Brad's role with the Company has expanded into Management responsibilities such as Safety Coordination, Field Supervision, Marketing, and back up to Dispatch when needed.
